1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use this app where you live. It is not offered to persons located in, or residents of, the United States, the United Kingdom or any other restricted jurisdiction. Do not use a VPN or other means to get around these restrictions.
2. What Amoeba is
Amoeba is software that shows the state of one token, AMOEBA, and its Uniswap v4 pool on Elysium, and lets you trade in that pool through the Uniswap Universal Router. The token is a memecoin. It is not an investment, a security, a share of revenue or a promise of any return. The hook that takes a fee on every trade sends 2% of each trade to the team's treasury; the team does not owe you anything in exchange.
3. Risks
The token can lose all value. The hook is upgradeable behind a 24-hour public timelock controlled by the team's Safe, and a new implementation can change how fees are taken within the 5% cap. Smart contracts, Amoeba's and Uniswap's, can have bugs. Elysium is a new chain whose operators may change, pause or reset it. The launch surcharge makes early buys cost up to five times the pool price by design. Read the docs before you trade.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, your transactions and any taxes on them. Transactions on a blockchain are final. Quotes are estimates at the latest block; the amount you receive is bounded only by the minimum you accept.
